This light is the best compromise between good lighting, consumption and reliability.
We are here on an LED light, the LED offers several advantages unlike the halogen.
- The LED needs much less intensity for much more powerful lighting.
- Less intensity means less heating and therefore a much longer lifespan .
- Less amperage also means less power consumption , so your battery will drain and wear out less quickly or on ignition, more power for the rest of your beam.
- And of course the LED provides much brighter lighting, which is essential in the dark, at night!
We see only one drawback: this light is larger and longer than halogen lights, making it more difficult to install. But for all the advantages it offers, it's a lesser evil!
Some place it above the headlight plate, others on the mudguard, others below the mudguard or even 2 on each side either on the fork or on each side of the headlight plate.
It is imperative to connect the light to a 12V battery (direct current), if you connect it to the ignition (alternating current) this will considerably reduce their lifespan!
And then the connection of the front light to the battery is very useful, you always have the maximum illumination of the light, no more need to put on the gas in the roundabouts because you can't see anything, your lighting will no longer depend on your engine speed!
To connect your light, simply connect the power supply to the red wire, either your battery or the corresponding wire of a switch . The black to ground, anywhere on your motorcycle as long as it transmits current and is connected to the battery and/or the frame.
Note: Reversing the connection direction may affect the life of the light.
