KS Tool Cylinder Honing Tool

Need a little spruce up for your cylinder? Whether it's just to make it cleaner or to make it look like new after a tightening, the honing tool is definitely necessary in the 50cc world! It can save the life of more than one cylinder , and it's very useful when you have marks, especially in high-end cylinders such as Fast, Bidalot or Mhr!

For cylinder from 39 to 89mm.

Use :
When using a honing tool you enlarge your cylinder, if you have tightened or pre-tightened and you have large marks, perhaps plan for a piston with a larger dimension.
On the hone you will see a thread with a small nut. The more you tighten it, the more the hone will force into the cylinder, which helps to reduce or even erase the marks as much as possible. Be careful not to force too much, especially on cylinders containing nikasil, you risk tearing it off! For simple cleaning, loosen it to avoid enlarging your cylinder too much and maintain a correct cylinder-piston clearance!
